So last night I officially entered a new point in my life. There are those who haven't finished or watched Game of Thrones and there are those who have watched and finished Game of Thrones. I couldn't handle not being in on the secrets and seemingly having the whole world in on this show and me not being in on it.
So when I finished I of course began searching theories and conspiracies about the show and then I remembered it is the year 2019 has to have betting odds on who will rule Westeros at the end of season 8 which starts in one month, on April 14th.

I am going to highlight a few of my favorite "plays" or characters to rule Westeros. Keep in mind this isn't odds for "who will sit on the Iron Throne?". It is, "who will rules Westeros", leaving open the possibility that nobody sits on the Throne.
LOVE: Jon Snow 3.5-1; an implied probability of 22.2%. We obviously got the bomb dropped on us in the last episode of season 7 that Jon's life is essentially a lie. He actually is not Ned Stark's bastard son, he is Aegon Targaryen, son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark. Therefore, technically making him the rightful heir to the Throne. Besides this news, Jon had a meteoric rise from a bastard to being the Lord Commander and King of the North. That didn't happen by accdient, Jon did that by being a great leader. He does what it takes as long as he feels it is right while also having the well-being of his people in mind while making decisions. People worship Jon and people want to fight for him. On top of theoretically being the rightful heir, Jon has what it takes from a qualification stand point.
LIKE: Sansa Stark 6-1; an implied probability of 14.3%. I think Sansa has a real interesting case. She never really struck me as somebody who cares to rule or has it in her to do it. But when she took over the North for Jon when he went to go meet Dany, you saw her become a little more stern and I think she could get a little power hungry. You saw her witnessing the changes to her brother Bran and her sister Arya, and I feel like a part of her is thinking, "I have to change too if I want to survive." Also, in Season 7 Petyr Baelish tells Sansa, ""Don't fight in the North or the South. Fight every battle, everywhere, in your mind. Everyone is your enemy. Everyone is your friend. Every possible series of events is happening all at once. Live that way, and nothing will surprise you. Everything that happens will be something that you've seen before." And I think this quote resonating with her was validated when in S7E7, you saw her call out Baelish for all of his manipulation throughout the whole show that really affected her family. While crazy manipulative, Baelish gave Sansa a lot of sound advice that she can use to her advantage wisely if she chooses. It will also help her case if Jon, Dany, and Cersei and others in her way die in the final season. Sansa doesn't seem a likely bet to die in battle/conflict.
LEAN: Tyrion Lannister 10-1; an implied probability of 9.1%. The master of the finesse. Tyrion found himself in a lot of sticky situations up to this point. And regardless of how sticky the situation, he always found himself out of that situation. Tyrion is a master with his words and often times used politics to stay alive. Tyrion also ultimately remains loyal to himself. He "pledged" his allegiance to a lot of different people throughout the show and anytime he broke that allegiance, he would escape the situation and move to a situation that was better suited for him. He has an uncanny ability to get people to like him, and want to help him. He also has connections to both Dany/Jon as well as his sister Cersei and brother Jamie, so nobody understands the situation at hand more than Tyrion. My whole point being is Tyrion could sit back and let everything unfold in front of him and seemingly be involved while not really being involved enough to have something happen to him. The craftiest guy in the game.
This is more what I want to happen, I'm not totally sure I have my opinions on what I think will happen. I still have a lot of catching up to do on theories about the show. Please share if you have any awesome theories, I am all in on anything.
